Phase Two
Welcome to Phase 2. Our aim is to continue to develop the skills and values embedded in Phase 1 - a growth mindset, independence and confidence to venture. This in turn will encourage learners to be accountable for their own learning and to strive for excellence. We continue to follow the same principles as Phase 1 through cross-curricular learning and teaching and planning outdoor activities to develop specific skills. The ethos of close collaboration between school staff ensures that we make the best use of individuals' expertise to provide the very best education for the learners. Our aim within the phase is to ensure a smooth transition from primary to secondary for all pupils in the catchment area by sharing good practice, specialist resources and offering valuable experiences and opportunities for all learners.
